After my unwanted gain at weigh in last week, I went away from group feeling a little deflated but determined to lose this week. I didn’t want to go back down the road of gaining or maintaining week in, week out like I had been doing up until a few weeks ago; especially with my target so close to sight!
I didn’t have any social plans for this week so there was nothing to stop me from going off plan – except myself! And so I may have taken steps to potentially sabotaging myself, and had a Chinese takeaway a couple of days after weigh in.
I’m getting to that point where I’m not even enjoying it any more and regret immediately after – so I don’t know why I keep doing it! Especially when I can create something similar myself for a LOT less syns. I think it’s just purely because I can’t be bothered. We all get like that from time to time though, don’t we?
Anyway, there weren’t many Instagram meals this week, but here are a couple:
After my little blip during the week, I wasn’t expecting the scales to be too kind to me in all honesty. I stepped on them though and they showed a 2lb loss so I was pleasantly surprised! It also meant I had lost what I gained in the last two weeks, plus some more; taking me to my lowest weight yet. Even closer to target now!
