After my post-holiday weigh-in last week, I was raring to go and ready for a loss this week. I’ve been on plan since we came back from holiday, and I found it quite easy to get right back into it, more so than I thought. We went to my brother-in-law’s for dinner on Saturday, and I might have eaten a whole pizza – piglet! I was right back on plan on Sunday, though and managed to get a lot of speed food to balance the naughty.
This week, I also had my first order from Muscle Food. I always see them pop up on my Facebook news feed, and when I spotted the offer for their steak hamper, I thought I would finally give them a go. I also ordered a couple of other bits to bump it up to the minimum order value, and I was pleased with the amount we got! From what we have tried, they seem really good quality and tasty too.
I think I’ve come to the realisation now that I have managed to change my eating habits to something I can maintain long-term. Although I’m not quite at target yet, I have come to terms with the fact that if I want a treat, I can have it, as I know that in the right frame of mind, I can continue on as I was. I’ve always had issues with emotional eating, but that’s a whole other blog post.
On to Instagram, and here are some meals from my week (is anyone else cool with the IG changes by the way?).
I went to weigh in this week, hoping for a loss but still afraid of a maintain after the naughty weekend, though I hadn’t been eating half as bad as the previous week, I felt I would be okay now that I was back to normal. I did want to lose the 3.5lb I had gained on holiday but when I stepped on the scales and saw a 1.5lb loss I was pretty pleased, if I’m honest!
My stats for this week (week 63)

- loss this week – 1.5lb
