After my gain at weigh in last week I was really annoyed with myself. It’s always after I have started heading down that slippery slope though, and never during; when I could grab myself and be able to stop it. Nontheless, I started the new week feeling (kind of) positive. I was still feeling a bit low, but I decided that I would try to be more on plan. And I was, mostly.
Though, I may have gone over my syns ever so slightly a few days. And we went to a Halloween party on Saturday where I had a couple of glasses of wine and some party food. But on Sunday I was straight onto EESP and kept my syns as low as possible, like I usually do.

I went to weigh in really hoping for a loss this week; hopefully the 2lb I gained last week. I was feeling quite nervous as I stepped on the scales, but they showed I had a 0.5lb loss. Admittedly I was a bit gutted, but what will be, will be. I obviously didn’t try hard enough this week!
It was awards time again in groups across the country and this time it was Miss Slinky. I found out on Monday I had been nominated, and I was a bit shocked after winning Woman of the Year earlier in the year. There were six of us in the running, and it was really hard to decide who to vote for! Everyone is so worthy. My heart was racing again as I was stood waiting for my consultant to announce the winner. After a long pause she announced it was – ME! Again! I couldn’t believe it! So you can now call me Miss Slinky too 😉
