I was feeling really great last week after walking away from group with a (very rare at the moment) loss of 1.5lb. I felt like I was right back on track, and I have been, mostly… There always seems to be one day a week where I can’t help myself but eat junk (usually at the weekend!), and this week it was Saturday when we had a few naughty munchies to eat whilst watching the Eurovision! We did have strawberries though, but I suppose the chocolate to dip them in didn’t help much… Anyway…
Other than that, I’ve been on plan all week, eating plenty of speed food, and enjoying more steak from Muscle Food, the company I mentioned in my update last week. I really would recommend giving them a try.
I’ve been keeping up with the posting on Instagram so here are a few meals from my week:
I went to weigh in feeling a bit nervous after my little binge on Saturday night, but also with a bit of positivism as I knew I’d been on plan other than that. I stepped on the scales and they flickered a little but even settled on the number showing 0.5lb loss so I was happy with that, considering!
I am away on Friday evening and all day Saturday so I’m not sure what next week will hold, but I’ll be on plan the rest of the time.
