November seems to be the month where I begin to fill in my diary for next year. Being the organiser of the family, I need a really big planner. Luckily for me, Unique Planners by Pirongs came to the rescue and gave me the opportunity to review one of their Life Planners.

I found the website really easy to navigate, and there was so much choice for personalisation; it took me over an hour to design my planner as I felt a bit overwhelmed with all the choice! Not a bad thing though, as it means you can make your planner truly as unique as you are.

You are able to choose your planner size (they come in A4 or A5), page layout, start date, cover, add photos and text, choose content pages, choose your ribbon and wire colours, and choose add-ons such as a pen holder, sparkly elastic, pockets, and even washi tape to make your planner even more unique!

My thoughts

I was so excited when my planner arrived (why do we get so excited over stationery?!) and I couldn’t wait to have a flick through it and start filling it in. The first thing I noticed was that the print quality of the cover and pages was brilliant; so clear and vibrant. The cover print I chose looks just beautiful. The pages themselves are brilliant quality too, fairly thick and not flimsy like some planners and diaries.

It took me a while to decide which content pages I wanted in my planner but in the end I went for those that would work best for me and our family; birthdays, cleaning planner, jobs for the hubby (!), gardening schedule, car maintenance checklist, monthly budget pages, Christmas to do lists, and random notes and list pages dotted throughout. So as you can see, as well as your calendar month pages, you can fit a lot of extra content in there too!

I love how colourful my planner is, with each month being a different colour and you can also choose the colour of your content pages. Some of the content pages have two or three different designs too, so once again you can choose what works best for you.

Overall, I think this Life Planner is the best I have had so far, and I will almost definitely be purchasing one for 2018 as well (it will be here before we know it!).
