weekly weigh in

If you read my update from last week, then you’ll know that I was aiming for my Club 10 but didn’t quite make it, the same as the week before; so I was determined to get it this week! Though I can’t say, I stayed on plan all week.

I was really under the weather on Saturday, and by the time I felt like eating, we just ordered a takeaway, though I did make a better choice than I usually would, and I went for grilled chicken (though it was marinated obviously the chicken would have been free) and I only had a few chips compared to a bag full to myself!

So that alone shows I’ve made progress regarding food choices. Also, on Sunday, we were at the in-laws for tea, and we had pizzas, chicken, garlic bread, etc., but I took a huge salad in a jar to fill me up and only ended up eating a couple of slices of pizza, with some toppings being free, and I counted some of the cheese as a HExA. Other than these two days I was on plan all week and still stayed within my weekly syns.

So, on to weigh in. Even though the slight blips from the weekend I went in feeling confident but still nervous as I was so desperate for half a pound to get my Club 10! I made sure I wore the lightest clothes I could find, too, ha!
When I stepped on the scales, I was absolutely over the moon as I lost 1.5lb! I didn’t quite make my 1.5st award that I was also aiming for but I was completely happy with my Club 10 after chasing it for the last few weeks. I’m also into the next stone bracket, which made me even happier!
It was my lucky night as I also received slimmer of the week, and won the group raffle!

Next week, I aim to lose 1lb to get my 1.5st award.

  • starting weight – 13st 4.5lb
  • previous weight – 12st 0lb
  • current weight – 11st 12.5lb
  • loss this week – 1.5lb
  • loss so far – 1st 6lb
  • Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb – achieved 05/05/15!
  • final target weight – 9st 6lb
