In the week prior to this week’s weigh in, I went a little off track on Sunday. We were at my brother-in-law’s for tea and although we had a fairly healthy curry (the majority of which was free food for me) he had cheesecake for dessert and I couldn’t not have any when everyone else did! I did only have a little bit though. I then shared a yogurt ice lolly with N but that wasn’t many syns anyway.
I’ve been doing more walking this week and I’m really enjoying it; I’m already starting to feel a bit fitter again, as well as feeling healthier from the better food I’ve been eating. At the moment I’m really loving Slimming World, but I’m not looking forward to when I hit the dreaded plateau which usually always sends me off track. But I’m hoping with having the support this time that I will be okay.
Anyhow, to my weigh in. I was dreading it a little bit this week because of Sunday and I was expecting a gain rather than losing the 2lb I wanted for my half stone, but I needn’t have been worried as I managed to lose 1.5lb this week!
Although I didn’t quite manage my half stone award, I still got my first shiny – slimmer of the week!

- current weight – 12st 12lb
- loss this week – 1.5lb
- loss so far – 6.5lb
- Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb
- final target weight – 9st 6lb
As you can see I’ve also decided on my target weight, though that may change when I get nearer to it.

Congratulations you are doing really well!!! I wish I had your dedication. I have put on a stone and a half in just under a year and I have no idea where to begin getting it off, for me its more lack of exercise than eating unhealthy food 🙁 Keep up the good work!!!
