Slimming World weigh in #29 – the one with a gain again…

After my loss of appetite for the last four weeks it seems this week it has returned with a vengeance. I have eaten so much rubbish – a couple of takeaways, quick meals for convenience as we’ve been rather busy with preparing to move, and then I’ve been snacking on more chocolate and biscuits than I usually would too. I did try to rein it back a bit in the couple of days before weigh in but I think I already knew I would be a lost cause at this one so I was gearing up for a gain.

I did post a few meal photos on Instagram this week though, I’m sure you’ve missed them 😉

On to weigh in, and as I said above I was completely expecting a gain. I don’t know how much I was expecting but I ended up with a gain of 2lb. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed, but only with myself as I chose what I put in my mouth!

We’re still going to be busy next week but I’m going to be forward thinking with some meal planning and making sure I have the essentials in. Hopefully I’ll have that 2lb off again next week, and maybe a little more.

My stats for this week (week 29):
  • starting weight – 13st 4.5lb
  • previous weight – 11st
  • current weight – 11st 2lb
  • loss this week – 2lb GAIN
  • loss so far – 2st 2.5lb
  • Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb – achieved 05/05/15!
  • final target weight – 9st 6lb

Did you have a good or bad week?

  1. I've been bobbing around the 2.5st mark for ages! Hopefully finally got over that and will get to 3st soon enough – my "target" present is calling my name now because it's not so far away lol. Some weeks I find it really hard and want to eat the whole house out of food (which is really bad) but at the moment I've had a burst of "energy" and been determined to get on with it and not surrender!

I found your blog via SuperBusyMum and wondered if you'd like to join our link up. Debs stopped doing the SW Sunday link up but with her permission we've resurrected it. If you would you can find details here: http://hannahsays.co.uk/slimming-world-sunday-4-16016/
