After my second shock loss in a row last week it gave me a kick up the rear end to get back on plan as much as possible – ideally, totally back on plan. We were attending a Christening do on Sunday but I had decided that I was going to have my lunch beforehand so I wouldn’t be tempted by all the buffet food, but that didn’t work and I eventually caved and tucked in – including the awesome candy cart! I was on plan for pretty much the rest of the week though, but I had been naughtily getting weighed at home and it was showing a creeping gain so I was expecting a gain at weigh in too, with the thought that the naughties from the last couple of weeks had decided to catch up with me – plus being over my syns by goodness knows how many again, too.
Onto my weigh in. As I said above, I was totally expecting to see at least a couple of pounds gain on the scales, so I was in absolute genuine shock when I saw I had in fact lost 1.5lb! I even gained slimmer of the week yet again (the bonus of going to a small group!).
I now only have two weigh ins left before we go on our staycation and with 3.5lb to go until I reach a 2 stone loss, I’m determined to get there before we go away so I’m totally back on plan – and I need to mean it this time! I’ve started meal planning again too as I was getting some good losses when I did before, as I wasn’t just grabbing anything – hopefully it will help me get back into the swing of things.

- Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb – achieved 05/05/15!
