I think last week’s weigh in had to be my favourite one ever; I reached target! It took a few days for it to sink in, but I didn’t really go overboard in celebration like I might have expected to… In actual fact, I was still on plan for most of the week. I did have a Subway for lunch on the day of weigh in, but it was the first thing I’d really had off plan.
I don’t usually eat heavily on a weigh in day, but I decided that I had my target range to ‘play’ with, so it didn’t matter so much. Of course, it doesn’t mean I should do it all of the time, which I won’t; I just won’t restrict myself so much on a weigh day any more!
I’ve been a bit rubbish with posting meals lately so I only have one, but I did make some mince pies too…
I think this week was the most relaxed I have ever felt going to weigh in. It was quite a weird feeling that it wouldn’t have mattered so much if I had gained; though I was hoping that I hadn’t! I do still want that 4 stone shiny so losses are still good at the moment 😉 Stepping on the scales, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had a 1lb loss! Especially as I haven’t been exclusively trying to lose this week.
I’ve found this week that eating at target takes some getting used to. To be able to eat even more than I have been (with being allowed extra healthy extras), is strange! It’s a bit like having constant EESP days, but being able to eat bananas, yogurts, pasta, potatoes, rice, and yogurts. And more dairy! Though I haven’t really been having my extra HEA most days, just my extra HEB.
