I was extra happy with last week’s weigh-in and a 2lb loss, and I went away from group feeling ever more eager to lose this week to be edging closer to reaching target. I had no plans for the week that would have sent me off track, but we did have a meal out.
Although I did go for a healthier option than I would have usually gone for, I was still a bit naughty. The rest of the week was better, but I think I might do a couple of EESP days before weigh-in next week, as I haven’t done any for a while.
We didn’t have our Woman of the Year in group when it should have been as my consultant had a family emergency, so we made our nominations last week. The evening before weigh-in, my consultant told me I had been nominated. I couldn’t believe it!
I haven’t posted many meal photos on Instagram this week as my breakfasts and lunches have been a bit samey. There are only so many fruit salads and vegetable salads that you can make look different! Here are a couple to whet your appetite though:
I went to weigh in hoping for a loss, but in all honesty, I wasn’t expecting much of one, if it all. I just didn’t feel any different this week. The scales showed I had a 0.5lb loss! I was pretty pleased with that, as it’s heading the right way at least.
Back to Woman of the Year. My fellow nominee was just as deserving as me, and I admit if it had been someone other than us voting (I voted for her of course) then I would have found it incredibly difficult! It was so nerve-wracking standing in front of everyone waiting for my consultant to announce the winner, and then she announced…ME! I was amazed, I’m just me, I don’t feel like I am anyone special, but I am so so grateful to everyone in my group who thought I was, and nominated and voted for me.
My stats for this week (week 77)
- starting weight – 13st 4.5lb
- previous weight – 9st 10.5lb
- current weight – 9st 10lb
- loss this week – 0.5lb
- loss so far – 3st 8.5lb
- Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb
- final target weight – 9st 3lb
Huge congratulations! You are someone very special, and very inspiring! Well done on your loss too!
Thank you so much! 😀
