After my loss of 1.5lb last week (yet another shock!) I had decided I was going to get right back on it so I had no more of going to weigh in expecting a gain and so being shocked at a loss. I was on plan all week and right back into it, though I did go over my syns on Sunday when we were at my brother-in-law’s for tea and I had proper sausages and some Vienetta! For the first time in a few weeks though, I still managed to be within my weekly syn allowance -well, I had 103/105 in fact – so I was happy (so to speak) with that little blip.
Some of my food from the week:
I went to weigh in confident of a loss this week, though I wasn’t expecting the 3.5lb I needed for my 2 stone award. I did however show a 1.5lb loss which I was pleased with – only 2lb to my 2 stone now!
I think starting running (well, walk/jog/run) might be helping a bit too, as well as getting back into meal planning.

- Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb – achieved 05/05/15!
