Whether you are planning a holiday for 2019 or are going travelling for an extended period of time, one of the biggest issues people face when looking to stay healthy is consistency. Instead of binging on indulgent food and drink – which can leave you feeling tired and sluggish (this is even more fun with jet lag to contend with, too) – try to stick to the following travel health tips. The Husband & I spend many an hour daydreaming about all of the places we would love to visit when the boys have upped and left home, and we have a bit more money. It would be amazing to travel the world, and see in real life all of the places we’ve seen on television, in movies, and in pictures.
The furthest we’ve ever travelled is Europe (by plane and boat), so to fly long haul would be an adventure for a start! Although we spend these hours daydreaming, it would be so hard to choose where to go first. For this bucket list post, I’ve whittled it down to three.
