So somehow last week I managed to walk away from group with a half pound loss, I still don’t know how I managed it. Anyway, I came away with a fresh head and although I was already back on track I decided that as we had plans I was going to try and be as good as possible. On Wednesday we went to Nottingham to see Ben & Holly Live! and got back quite late, so we just grabbed a KFC and I was a bit of a piglet as hot wings are my absolute favourite… I thought to myself well it’s only one meal out of 21 so don’t dwell on it too much and then I was really back in the game. Until Saturday. When for one reason or another we ended up with a Chinese takeaway. But it was good. Oh well, only two meals out of 21… And then on Sunday we were at my father-in-law’s and it was BBQ time. But I did make syn free wedges so I saved there…
I did have some better meals though in my week of ups & downs!
After splurging on kfc when we got back from Nottingham on Tues (🙊) I am trying to keep my syns low for a few days so I had a yum low syn tea last night, WW sausages (0.5 syns each) and I treated myself to butter at 2.5 syns 😉 #slimmingworld #slimmingworlduk #sw #swuk #swfamily #swmafia #swsupport #swfood #instafood
Like last week, I had no idea how many syns I ended on as I kind of gave up at the weekend and had some more write-offs. With all this, I went to weigh in completely prepared for a big gain. I nearly died when I saw that I had in fact lost 1lb! This week though, I really don’t feel like I deserve it after such a rubbish week.
This week I decided to have a wardrobe sort out and got rid of some of my bigger size clothes; I also discovered I could get into a size 14 comfortably so a huge NSV there! I found two gorgeous dresses which I bought early last year but obviously never managed to get into, so they are my next target clothes. So the aim for this week is to get completely back in the game!
