If you saw my last SW weigh in update you will know that I didn’t quite manage to get my half stone award even though I’d been hankering after it all week – although happy at 1.5lb loss I was a bit annoyed at myself as I was only half a pound away! So I was determined to get it this week – even though we had our first cake club meeting on Friday night but I saved my syns from the previous day, that day and the day after to be cautious (although I think if I had maintained it would have been worth it for eating these cupcakes and the ones that the other guests provided!).

So, to my weigh in.. I was quite nervous actually in case I had gained, and I couldn’t look at the scales. If I was expecting a loss, it was only a half pound, so I was ecstatic when she said I’d lost 1lb this week!

Which also means I finally got my half stone award after four weeks, woohoo! It really pleased me as I think 7.5lb is the most I have ever lost in this amount of time. I really think that I can do it this time.

My stats for this week (week 4):

  • starting weight – 13st 4.5lb
  • previous weight – 12st 12lb
  • current weight – 12st 11lb
  • loss this week – 1lb
  • loss so far – 7.5lb
  • Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb
  • final target weight – 9st 6lb
