After my slight (expected) gain at last week’s weigh in I went away from group feeling determined that I was going to get into that next stone bracket this week. I had no plans so there was nothing to kick me off track; that was until I was hit with a couple of low days and picked at things I shouldn’t have been, and then we had an impromptu meal out and I ended up eating half of the boys’ desserts as they’d had enough half way through it…oops! I didn’t let it scupper me too much though and was right back on …
