Once again, it’s been a few weeks since I posted my last update. Since then, I’ve been sticking to writing everything down – even if I know it’s over my syns, as I’ve wanted to be completely accountable to myself. After my maintain last week I was quite determined that I would weigh less this week. I was on plan more than I was last week but we did still end up having a takeaway or two, though I did pull it right back.
