I’ll start as usual with my weigh in. After expecting no loss last week after losing 4 lbs the week before, I actually lost 1.6 lbs which I was pleasantly surprised at. Bringing my total loss since I started back 6 weeks ago, to 6 lbs. This is really good going for me as I usually only lose around half a pound a week. Weight loss – week 5
Starting off with last week’s weigh in – I lost 4lbs! I really wasn’t expecting that much so it was quite a surprise. Needless to say, I’m now not expecting much of a loss come Friday. Once again I went a bit overboard at the weekend. Well, not so much all weekend, only Sunday really. With it being Father’s Day I treated hubby, though I know I didn’t have to treat myself too! Weight loss – week 4
I’ll start with my weigh in from last week. I lost half a pound. Not great, but better off than on. Sticking to my plan hasn’t gone so well this week, in fact over the weekend it was a total write off. On Saturday we went to Birmingham Zoo with friends, and had a picnic, and then a pizza for tea, and then on Sunday we were at a Christening with a BBQ for afters! Weight loss – week 3
So I’m on to week 3 of my new weight loss regime and joining up with other bloggers, on the quest to finally become a yummy yummy! First, my loss from last week (I weighed in on Saturday, but will update in this post every week) was 0.8 lbs – my goal for the week was 1 lb so I nearly made it. Weight loss journey – week 2
This week is week two of my new journey (although Friday will be the end of week 1 with Tesco Diets, but I’m joining in with the other lovely bloggers on a Wednesday!).
