Weight loss journey – week 1

Last week I posted about my restart of my weight loss journey. Since then I have kind of been going it alone, but have lost 2.2lbs in the progress! Weight loss journey

It’s been ages since I made an update on my weight loss – in fact I think it was a year ago, after little man arrived! I have been keeping up with it though; well, on & off. As you know, I use MyFitnessPal. Since I joined in January 2010, I have got on really well with it, and before little man arrived, I lost 50lbs, so I know I can do it. Weight loss journey – the next step

Not long after the little man arrived, I had lost 17lbs of pregnancy weight (after a 29lb gain). Now it’s starting to slowly creep back on as I’m not being as careful as I could be. Post pregnancy body changes

Since little man arrived, I’ve noticed a few physical changes in my body, which I guess every woman after childbirth will notice at least one.  The first one for me is weight loss, which every woman will obviously experience after giving birth! In the first week I lost 10lbs, I was most aware of this by some of my pre pregnancy clothes fitting again after the few days. The weighting game
