Weight loss – week 3

So week 2 has been and gone and here I am into week 3. Like last week, I started the beginning of the week doing well then went downhill; and then again, I had a couple of emotional days and either continuously ate, or ate junk. So here I am, into week 2 of my new (and hopefully final!) weight loss journey. I’ve been slacking a bit more this week than I did last week. Weight loss – week 1

Last week was the beginning of my new weight loss journey. I have been trying my hardest to log my calories on MyFitnessPal but some days I forget to add the last few things or close my diary, but I have been as strict as possible. I didn’t do much exercise, I only really walked a worthy distance a couple of days last week, but that’s either pushing both boys or wearing one and pushing the other and between them they weigh 50 lbs+ (which is the amount of weight I happened to lose pre-babies – thinking of it now, wow!). Weight loss – the beginning (again)

After J arrived and before I fell pregnant with N, I started blogging about my weight loss journey which was actually round two as I lost around 50 lbs before I fell pregnant with J, but throughout the last 2.5 years I have regained most of that, to my dismay (but with nobody else to blame but myself). Weight loss – week 7

As usual I’ll start with my weigh in. Not a good one to report, I gained 4 lbs. Oops. But I’ve been maintaining it since then so I’m a little hopeful.
