After last week’s shock loss of 4.5lb I wasn’t really holding out much hope of another great loss this week as I knew there would be a few things possibly stopping me. Slimming World weigh in #11 – the one with another certificate!
After last week’s weigh in and an expected gain from J’s birthday festivities, I decided to knuckle down, go back to basics, and get right back on plan – all of which I (nearly) managed to do. As I gained 2lb last week I decided I wanted to lose that plus an extra pound so I made sure I ate lots of speed food. After last weeks surprise 3lb loss I wasn’t at all confident of another loss this week for one reason only – it was J’s 3rd birthday and we had a two day celebration which meant lots of high calorie non-SW friendly food, and cake! After my last few rubbish weeks I decided that this week I was going to be right back on track as I was determined to get that one stone shiny! And this week I was back on track. I synned everything I should have, stopped stealing the boys’ food, stayed within my syns every day and ate healthy home cooked meals all week. I felt much better for it too. After my previous two rubbish weeks and going off plan a bit, I was determined that I was going to do a bit better this week. It didn’t happen though – in fact I was much the same!
