Slimming World – weigh in #5

As you may have seen in my last weigh in update, I finally got my half stone award after four weigh ins. I was absolutely ecstatic as I think over the many years and attempts of trying to lose weight, that is the best I have ever done. Slimming World – half a stone gone!

If you saw my last SW weigh in update you will know that I didn’t quite manage to get my half stone award even though I’d been hankering after it all week – although happy at 1.5lb loss I was a bit annoyed at myself as I was only half a pound away! Slimming World weigh in – I got a shiny!

In the week prior to this week’s weigh in, I went a little off track on Sunday. We were at my brother-in-law’s for tea and although we had a fairly healthy curry (the majority of which was free food for me) he had cheesecake for dessert and I couldn’t not have any when everyone else did!
