Diary of a (short) 2nd pregnancy – weeks 4 to 10
I started writing this when I got my BFP, with the intent to publish it after 12 weeks when we had had our scan. My first 2 weeks as a Mummy
Well I see little man took over my blog for a day! What a good vocabulary he has already! Takes after his Mummy you see! So, my first two weeks as a Mummy… It’s been amazing just having our little boy here. Apart from some random tears I’ve had, when I was in hospital, and then have had a few since I got home, just due to tiredness and soreness I think, and thinking I couldn’t cope. 40 weeks and a midwife appointment
I haven’t updated over the last week, been too busy trying to get this little man out! Well it obviously didn’t work, as I made it to my due date! We had our 40 week appointment yesterday, which I thought was a little odd being on a Sunday, but there was a midwife there, just the one! Maybe they only see you on a Sunday if it’s your due date… Anyway, everything seemed fine, except for a protein trace in my sample. 38 weeks and a midwife appointment
Well, I obviously got to 38 weeks as I’m here with my weekly update! I’ve had more head butting incidents from him since my last update, though not as strong, just little ones the last few times. I can definitely feel him making himself comfy down there ready for his grand appearance, I can tell you that… Which brings me onto our routine midwife appointment (there was also a student midwife there this time so we got second opinions on everything).
