Slimming World weigh in #15 – the one where I don’t quite make my Club 10
If you read my last update you’ll know that I had been aiming for my Club 10 award and didn’t quite make it so I was determined to get it this week. Most people I know love a good curry, but a lot of them can be greasy because the meat is either cooked in fat, or also very calorific because of cream added to it. Chuck everything in the slow cooker with no need to pre-cook anything, and you have a lovely healthy curry to go!
