Slimming World weigh in #17 – the one with *another* award…

Last week after 16 weigh ins, I finally managed to get my Club 10 award after chasing it for weeks! I also wanted my 1.5st award last week but I was one pound away from that so that’s what I was aiming for this week. I had an okay week to start with which slowly went downhill at the weekend as we had a takeaway, but come Monday I had my head back in the game as I wanted that number on the scales, so I was right back on it!

Our first Parenting Pitstop session

I posted last week about how J & I were attending our first ‘Parenting Pitstop‘ session. It was only an hour session this time but the usual ones are one and three-quarter hours long. I’m a great cheese lover and before I joined Slimming World I would just cut blocks off and eat it like that – naughty! I do still enjoy it now regularly as my Healthy Extra A choice, but I don’t eat as much as I did before. When you’re not counting the calories in it, it can easily add up without you realising.
