I’ve decided that from this weigh in onward, I am dropping the number of the weigh in. As the weeks go on and that number goes up, it is getting a little disheartening as it is such a high number now and I am not yet at target. I don’t mind taking the scenic route, as I always have done. But, I think it might make me feel a bit better in general. Slimming World weigh in #78 – the one where it’s still going down…

If you read last week’s weigh in you will know that I won Woman of the Year in group, which made me incredibly over the moon and therefore motivated for a good week! I stayed on plan all week but I do think I need to start meal planning again; it really does help with staying on plan as I don’t struggle for new meal ideas and I can plan meals and shopping well in advance. If you have read my latest weigh-in update, you will probably know that I was shocked to have received the Woman of the Year award in my Slimming World group! It is an accomplished award to achieve, as this is a nominated award rather than just going by weight loss like Slimmer of the Year. Of course, all the awards you receive mean you have accomplished something great.

After my unwanted gain at weigh in last week, I went away from group feeling a little deflated but determined to lose this week.
