Meal Planning Monday – 14th July

So last week’s meal plan didn’t quite go to plan. On Monday we went for an impromptu meal out so we had Monday’s on Tuesday as the potatoes needed using, so the burgers are on this week’s. On Saturday I didn’t have anything as I didn’t feel well but J still had his (hubby had a microwave burger, yuk!). Miscarriage – why should we have to wait?

Many of my regular readers will know how we suffered a miscarriage back in December 2012. It was such a heartbreaking time for us, as it is for anyone. The thing that it made it worse? Waiting. Daddy works 8 hours a day and then comes home and helps look after the boys. I look after the boys all day, try to fit in housework & chores where I can, then do even more when Daddy gets home. We’re …

Little man N at 4 months old

So here it is. N is now 4 months old. A third of a year. I said it last month – I will probably say it every month. Time. Slow. Down. Please. It’s amazing to see how he is growing each month, and about now he is developing his own little personality. He is becoming so cheeky already. When he is going to sleep – or more like we’re trying to get him to sleep – he will eventually nod off but this is just a tease. A couple of minutes later he will open his eyes, look up at …
