Coffee cake is a classic British cake. We love it in this house but these mini cakes are just the perfect size. Instead of using a mini cake tin I made them from a sheet cake. Recently J has become a real little helper for Mummy. I say he helps, he attempts to but with some things I let him then just do it again when he’s not looking… Though sometimes his help is really more of a hinderance! I do appreciate the thought though and that he just wants to be like Mummy. Weight loss – the beginning (again)
After J arrived and before I fell pregnant with N, I started blogging about my weight loss journey which was actually round two as I lost around 50 lbs before I fell pregnant with J, but throughout the last 2.5 years I have regained most of that, to my dismay (but with nobody else to blame but myself).
