After last weeks surprise 3lb loss I wasn’t at all confident of another loss this week for one reason only – it was J’s 3rd birthday and we had a two day celebration which meant lots of high calorie non-SW friendly food, and cake! I did try and counteract it every other day though with just eating as normal and lower syns but I decided I wasn’t going to sweat it if I did have a maintain or gain, as life happens and we have to remember that. Unlike the other weeks where I thought I’d gained and was nervous …
Slimming World
Slimming World weigh in #9 – the one with two awards!
After my last few rubbish weeks I decided that this week I was going to be right back on track as I was determined to get that one stone shiny! And this week I was back on track. I synned everything I should have, stopped stealing the boys’ food, stayed within my syns every day and ate healthy home cooked meals all week. I felt much better for it too. I had a really bad craving for them one night but I wanted to stay on plan, so I thought I’d attempt my own salt and pepper chips; they were really …
