Last year I found a group over on Facebook called Embrace Happy (you can also find posts on Instagram under the hashtag #embracehappy). It is the brainchild of the lovely Karin from Cafe Bebe and it has so many followers. I started off well and then I fell into depression and totally swept it aside.
