What if?

Recently I’ve been thinking about a lot of “what if’s” surrounding my breastfeeding guilt. This is one of the things that has led to my PND I think.  What if I had found a breastfeeding support group before little man’s arrival? Counselling – take 1

The week before last I went for my counselling session which my doctor recommended me to do. I was extremely nervous as I thought the counsellor (Jamie) would think I was being silly and to tell me to stop being stupid. Obviously that wouldn’t have been the case, but you know… As it was, as soon as I went in I felt really at ease as he was such a nice guy. The Olympic Meme

Thank you to Emmy’s Mummy for passing the Olympic torch over to me!  1. If every day tasks were Olympic events what would you get a gold medal in? Cleaning & sterilising bottles!
