Let’s talk school run style. Well, we’ll start with school mornings in general. I’m not a fan, in all honesty. I’m really not an early bird, the boys just mess about eating their breakfast and getting dressed, they argue; but I do like being on time. I get anxious if we’re even running one minute late. So I’m the school run mum that just jumps out of bed and chucks my clothes on, ties my hair back, and doesn’t put any makeup on. I’m only a special occasion wearer of makeup to be honest!

Little Brian paint sticks | Review
I like doing crafts on my own as I can control how much mess I make – and because I’ve made it, I don’t mind it quite as much. But when they boys mention the word “crafts” or “paint” I die a little inside. To be honest, I’d rather they just kept that part at school so I don’t have to clear up the aftermath! At just the right time, Kiddies Kingdom offered me a seat to review from their website.

Brian the Lion Goes Into Space | Book Review
Being a bookworm myself, I’m glad the boys are just as into books as I am. Unlike their daddy, who has been reading the same book for a number of years! They’re always asking to go to the library, and I make sure they have at least one book read to them at bed time. Although, Jacob has started reading for himself most of the time now, which I’m super proud of. Recently the boys were very kindly sent a copy of Brian the Lion Goes into Space. Brian the lion is tired of hanging out with his pride – all they do …

The Welsh Cheese Company subscription box | Review
Cheese. That’s all somebody has to say to me, and I’m there. Add subscription box to that, and I’m all heck yeah, give me ALL the cheese! I’ve always been a great cheese lover and if there is ever a cheese board on a menu, that’s what I’m having. So when I was offered the chance to try out the Clwb Caws subscription from The Welsh Cheese Company, I grabbed it with both hands (quite literally, when it arrived!).
