Our May - Parties, LEGO and fish

I can’t quite believe we’re now almost half way through the year – it seems to have gone seriously quick. I think probably because J has been at school and I’ve only had one child to contend with during the day. Apart from the mornings he is at pre school too, of course 🙂 Anyway, what did we get up to during May? Looking back, it was a busy one!

Bohns syn free rubs & spices | Review

Just one of the great things about Slimming World is the fact I can eat as much lean meat as I like, and not have to worry about counting syns on it. Now Noah has started pre-school, I have three mornings a week to get more work done – not that it’s actually happened, mind… The first week of April was pretty jam packed. Half term had started and The Husband had a week off, so we had a few days out. He was back to work for the second week of half term so it was just me and the boys. We didn’t really go out anywhere (hello anxiety, and …

Recipes and Readly | Review

A few years ago, I used to be really big on reading magazines. Gossip and food related magazines were my go-to’s, but I can’t remember the last time I actually bought a magazine that wasn’t my regular Slimming World one; other than buying comics for the boys! I pick up the occasional supermarket magazine, but that’s mostly for the recipes; I end up ripping them out and storing them in a folder as whole magazines just take up too much space, don’t they? With Readly though, you have practically the whole magazine world, in your hands. The Ultimate Magazine Subscription Enjoy …
