After last week’s weigh in and feeling like I was back in the zone, I was raring to go to get that 2lb loss to get into that next stone bracket. I was on it all week, though we did go out for a carvery on Sunday but I filled my plate with veg; a few syns were possibly used on gravy, and stuffing, and a Yorkshire pudding… oh. Oops! I kept my syns down after that though to try and balance it out. I’ve been eating a lot more speed food again too though I’m not properly back on it with meal planning …
