Hubby & I both love eating Mexican food and have tried quite a few different meals & variations. I have had burritos before (pre-made ones), but I made them myself for the first time when I received these goodies to review from Old El Paso. I was rather pleased with them considering I had never folded burritos before either, they are actually quite easy! These were yummy served with home-made garlic & chilli potato wedges, but they could just as easily be eaten on their own. The jalapeno relish from my review goes really well with them too. Also, J gets baking kits bought for him occasionally so we do those too. One of our favourite brands is Betty Crocker. Recipe – Crushed herby potatoes

It’s been a while now since we’ve had them as these are my new favourites being crispy on the outside yet fluffy on the inside, and are great as a side dish to many a meal. You can also leave the herbs out if you wish, they still taste delicious. Ingredients (serves 4-5) 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped about 2 cm square 1 tbsp oil herbes de provence, to taste Method Preheat oven to gas 5/ 375F / 190C. …
