1.2-1.5kg pork shoulder (all visible fat removed)

1 large onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tsp smoked paprika

200ml passata

How to Make Slimming World BBQ Pulled Pork (Slow Cooker)

Place the sliced onion and garlic into the bottom of the slow cooker.

Rub the pork shoulder with the paprika, smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper.

Place the pork on top of the onions and pour over the passata.
