I was bit gutted after last week’s weigh in because I am so close to target now and I don’t want to be heading back the other way! I really tried to pull it back this week, and one day at the weekend I made sure I had no other syns so I could try these whirls I made for the bake off – they were delicious 😉
Plenty of speed food was eaten – having fruit every day for breakfast really helps with that actually, and also salads for lunch. It also leaves my healthy extras for snacks. As it’s getting towards colder weather though, I will be wanting porridge more so I need to make sure I fill that with plenty of berries! Also, soups aplenty instead of salads.
I haven’t been too regular with Instagram posting this week as my meals seem to be a bit samey at the minute; I think I need to change it up a bit! Here are a few from the week though:
I went to weigh in feeling bloated again this week, so I was expecting it to be a gain which I would have been realy frustrated with. When I stepped on the scales, they showed I had a 2lb loss – yay! Meaning I lost the majority of what I gained last week.
I forgot to change my target as I couldn’t stay to group this week and I was rushing, but hopefully I will remember to next week! Although it means I am only 4lb away from target now…

- Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb
- final target weight – 9st 6lb
Hubby lost 2.5lb this week, so he has lost a total of 1st 4.5lb!
