Last week after 16 weigh ins, I finally managed to get my Club 10 award after chasing it for weeks! I did also want my 1.5st award last week but I was one pound away from that so that’s what I was aiming for this week. I had an okay week to start with which slowly went downhill at the weekend as we had a takeaway, but come Monday I had my head back in the game as I wanted that number on the scales, so I was right back on it! Though the weekend escapades meant my syns were 154/105, oops… so I wasn’t really expecting much of a loss, if any to be honest!
I have plans this weekend so I’m just going to hope for the best next week!
