If you read my update from last week then you’ll know that I was aiming for my Club 10 but didn’t quite make it, the same as the week before; so I was determined to get it this week! Though I can’t say I stayed on plan all week. I was really under the weather on Saturday and by the time I felt like eating we just ordered a takeaway, though I did make a better choice than I usually would and I went for grilled chicken (though it was marinated but obviously the chicken would have been free) and I only had a few chips compared to a bag full to myself! So that alone shows I’ve made progress regarding food choices. Also, on Sunday we were at the in-laws for tea and we had pizzas, chicken, garlic bread etc. but I took a huge salad in a jar to fill me up and only ended up eating a couple of slices of pizza, with some toppings being free and I counted some of the cheese as a HExA. Other than these two days I was on plan all week, and still stayed within my weekly syns.

Trying to cut down the amount of coffee I drink..not that it’s a lot anyway..but way more than pre baby #2, haha! 😂 Anyway, starting by replacing one cup with a fruity tea instead. This one is #Twinings blackcurrant, vanilla, and something or other.
