After my maintain last week and my gain the week before I decided that I was really going to try and get my head back in the game as I was desperate to get my Club 10 award. It was hard as I still had a little bad emotional head space but I managed. I ate better all week, stayed within my syns – I even had the tiniest bit of cheesecake on Sunday to make sure – as I was determined to get another shiny to add to my collection. I had been sneakily weighing in at home just to make sure the scales were going the right way and it was looking good for getting it.
I went to weigh in with my positive head on that I was going to have a loss this week. I think something must have gone wrong somewhere though – I have no idea where – as I lost 1lb (I’m not going to say ‘only’ as 1lb is still a lot!). But my scales were showing more. I know they are a little out, and I shouldn’t really do it anyway but I can’t help myself to make sure I am heading the right way! I must get hubby to hide them really… I was a little disappointed as I wanted that shiny so much, but I was also glad because I finally had a loss again.
So now I only have 1.5lb to go for my Club 10 which I am going to get next week – even if I have to go weigh in wearing shorts and a vest top so I’m lighter, ha! I’m aiming higher at 2lb loss though, and 3.5lb would be even better as I would also get my 1.5 stone award then too!
