After last week’s weigh in and yet another maintain but managing that photo of the “fat jeans”, I was feeling a bit more determined and in the zone. I did a little more meal planning last week and I was on it for most of the week; we did have a meal out one evening and I did go for a healthier option, but I couldn’t resist cake… Oops.
