Slimming World weigh in #60 – the one where I’m grumpy…

After last week’s weigh in and feeling like I was back in the zone, I was raring to go to get that 2lb loss to get into that next stone bracket. I was on it all week, though we did go out for a carvery on Sunday but I filled my plate with veg; a few syns were possibly used on gravy, and stuffing, and a Yorkshire pudding… oh. Oops! Last month it was the boys’ 2nd and 4th birthdays and so I held a joint dinosaur party for them. I try to give the boys a wide variety of foods so they receive all of the vitamins and minerals they need, without having to take a supplement. Jacob seems to go through phases where he will eat a lot of different foods but at other times he will just eat the same thing and refuse others he has tried previously. He does try and eat a huge variety of fruit, but vegetables not so much. After last week’s weigh in and yet another maintain but managing that photo of the “fat jeans”, I was feeling a bit more determined and in the zone.
