After my big loss last week I went away from group feeling really motivated and determined to head for that next stone bracket. I was on it all week, until it got to Sunday. I love the fact that on the Slimming World plan I can eat as big a portion of risotto as I like and not have to worry about the calories in the rice, though it is really filling so you don’t need much anyway! I was pretty disappointed after last week’s weigh in and my 1.5lb gain, and I was determined to lose again this week as I am getting fed up with myself yo-yo’ing now. I was feeling really great last week after walking away from group with a (very rare at the moment) loss of 1.5lb. I felt like I was right back on track, and I have been, mostly… There always seems to be one day a week where I can’t help myself but eat junk (usually at the weekend!), and this week it was Saturday when we had a few naughty munchies to eat whilst watching the Eurovision!
