In one of my recent Degustabox parcels, I received a carton of coconut milk alternative to milk. I don’t normally buy this, so other than using it in coffee, I wasn’t sure what I was going to do with it. As the boys are a fan of smoothies, it gave me an idea. Add some pineapple and mango, blitz it up in a blender, and make a totally tropical coconut smoothie! The lime juice gives it a little extra kick, and the chia seeds add extra natural goodness.

One of my favourite things about Easter is Creme Eggs. Pretty much every time I go to the shop, I must buy at least one. I’ve decided that this year I’m going to stock up before they disappear from the shelves again! I recently posted my thoughts on the Slow Juicer from Panasonic; this recipe is the first juice I have ever made. On first thoughts you may think – apple and raspberry, yes; apple and carrot, maybe; but mix them all together and it seems a bit of an odd combination. Raspberry juice isn’t one that is come across very often. I can tell you though, it is delicious.
