Weight loss journey

It’s been ages since I made an update on my weight loss – in fact I think it was a year ago, after little man arrived! I have been keeping up with it though; well, on & off. As you know, I use MyFitnessPal. Since I joined in January 2010, I have got on really well with it, and before little man arrived, I lost 50lbs, so I know I can do it. Girl or boy – does it matter?

I know this is a subject that everybody has mixed opinions on – but with my still grieving from my miscarriage, and what we went through to get little man, I’ve been thinking about it a lot lately. I just cannot imagine the thoughts and emotions that would go through me if my little man ever went missing. Unfortunately this happens to many, many people every year.  Today, the 12th May 2013, is Madeleine McCann’s 10th birthday.
