On Tuesday I had my routine 31 week appointment with the midwife. Was slightly worried at first as they were asking each other if my blood results were back! Luckily they were found in the end, they just hadn’t got them out, phew! Well my bloods were fine. My BP is also still fine, and no more bloods taken this time, I think that will be at the next one. I had a few white blood cells in my urine sample though, but she that could be that a bit of CM had dropped in (yuk!). Talking of doing the …

31 weeks
So, only another 9 of these to write after this one… Well, that’s if I get that far! 31 weeks and I’m seeming to find more to blog about now, and to panic about! Though I must admit I am more organised than I thought I might be, mainly with the help of lists. Lots of them. It really is rolling in! So, as the above says, I’m on a slow-but-steady train to whale town… Umm, in fact this is incorrect, I’m actually already there. I have to take a pause in bed as I roll over. I have to …
A year of blogging
It has been just over a year since I made my first blog post – 5th January 2011. In that year I’ve had many ups & downs, most of them recorded on here and I’m thankful to my readers and friends for being there to support me through it, and for supporting my blog. Hospital/baby bag
So, I’ve come to the point where I’m thinking it’s time to pack my hospital bag. I’ve acquired some lists from the forum I’m on and some sites on the web, and compiled my own, choosing items from these. Some of the items probably won’t go in, in the end, but they’re on there just in case! Some of the items from the other lists I totally missed off as I thought they were a bit silly! (And some of those currently on the list probably are too!) I know I may not be in there for long, but on …
30 weeks (and a bump pic)
So New Year’s Day saw me reaching 30 weeks – 10 weeks to go, eek! It really is flying by now, and I’ve started making lists – hospital bag, baby bag, what we have, what we still need, etc… We actually have quite a bit already and I don’t think we need much more! The one major thing we do need soon though is a pram, but we’re going looking on hubby’s next day off. We already have two in mind but want to look at some more before making a final decision. New Year’s Day (30 weeks) was quite …
