Slimming World weigh in – the one where I’m almost there…

weekly weigh in

Last week I was pretty happy with my loss of 2lb; it meant I only had 2.5lb to go until target, and I was hoping to get it this week. My head has been really in it and I was so determined to stay on plan. Honestly, some days all I wanted to do was eat chocolate and cake, and I almostΒ caved… But I stayed strong and didn’t! I went for fruit and yogurt or fromage frais instead, maybe some Choc Shot for that chocolate hit.

I haven’t done any EESP days again this week, but IΒ have eaten a lot more speed food than usual. Berries with my breakfast, speedy soups for lunches, and crispy kale or butternut squash chips with dinners. My syns have stayed around 10 every day, which also gives that little bit of room for anything I may have forgotten (though I’m getting pretty good at keeping a mental food and syn diary now!).

I’ve been good at posting on Instagram this week, so here are a few meals:

Tried a new recipe for #dinner last night – bacon, ham and potato hash from the @slimmingworld Free Food Feasts book. Was lovely!

I actually went to weigh in this week feeling pretty confident for a loss. I haven’t felt bloated, and I think that’s because I haven’t had as many carbs. I’d beenΒ hopingΒ for that 2.5lb to reach target, but of course any loss would have been a good one. I stepped on the scales to see I had aΒ 2lb loss; the bloody scales were teasing me with that extra half a pound!

Slimming World weigh in. Two pound off equals three stone twelve pounds total

My stats for this week

  • starting weight – 13st 4.5lb
  • previous weight – 9st 8.5lb
  • current weight – 9st 6.5lb
  • loss this week – 2lb
  • loss so far – 3st 12lb
  • Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb
  • final target weight – 9st 6lb
