After last week’s unexpected loss (as it was more than I usually tend to manage), I went away from group feeling confident for this week, although I knew I would be off plan for one meal as it was our wedding anniversary the day before weigh in. I was on it all week though and I was being naughty weighing myself at home to make sure I was on the right track, which was happening.
I couldn’t decide what to do for our anniversary, although it was an at home celebration after the boys had gone to bed as we didn’t have a babysitter. It ended up being a last minute decision in the supermarket, and we went with Spanish meats, cheese, and crackers! Plus posh crisps. Oh and red wine. Not forgetting the cheesecake… So yeah, it actually wasn’t looking good for weigh in the day after – oops.

I went to weigh in hoping for at least maintain, but knew deep down after what I had eaten the night before that it was probably a gain. I wasn’t quite expecting 2lb on though but I knew where it had come from so accepted it! Hopefully I will have it off again next week, plus another 1lb for that new shiny!
