Slimming World weigh in #43 and #44 – the one where I get my 3 stone!

Once again I forgot to post my last weigh in update, and that was the one I really wanted to post! After my last update I was still back on it, writing everything down, even if I went over my syns. And I think most of us do regularly at some point, but I know I can usually pull it back if I’m in the right place. I was really determined to get that 3 stone so I was meal planning too and eating lots of speed food, and it seemed to work.

I wasn’t in group last week though as I was at that rare place called ‘out out’ on weigh in evening, and I think this kind of made me set myself back a little bit. I had been mostly on plan but the odd meal and snack was a bit naughty. I did try and pull it back in the couple of days before weigh in this week but I think I was a bit too late!

Just to show I was still mostly on plan, I have quite a lot for you this week!:




So onto weigh in #33, as I have to share this one. I went to weigh in feeling quite nervous as you always do when you are wanting your next award. I was nervous, but quite confident that with only half a pound to go, I was going to get that 3 stone off. I stepped on the scales to find I had a 1.5lb loss so after chasing it for weeks, I finally made it before Christmas, and gave myself my Slimming World Christmas gift!

I went to weigh in #44 feeling a little nervous but expecting a gain because as I said above I have been naughty a few times in the last couple of weeks. When I stepped on the scales, it showed a 0.5lb gain so I was actually a little surprised as I was expecting more. I’m aiming for at least a couple of pounds off next week so I can still keep above that 3st loss.

  • starting weight – 13st 4.5lb
  • previous weight – 10st 5lb
  • current weight – 10st 3.5lb
  • loss this week – 1.5lb 
  • loss so far – 3st 1lb
  • Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb – achieved 05/05/15!
  • final target weight – 9st 7lb
My stats for this week (week 44):

  • starting weight – 13st 4.5lb
  • previous weight – 10st 3.5lb
  • current weight – 10st 4lb
  • loss this week – 0.5lb GAIN
  • loss so far – 3st 0.5lb
  • Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb – achieved 05/05/15!
  • final target weight – 9st 7lb
