Slimming World weigh in #22 – the one where I don’t quite make it…

After another 1.5lb loss last week I was hoping for that 2 stone award this week, before I go away on Saturday. I did have plans at the end of last week though which I knew might scupper it a bit – it was bake club week, I wasn’t going to compromise on that one! I just made sure I was on plan for the rest of the week. We were at my father-in-law’s for tea on Sunday though and it was pizzas, but I made syn free potato wedges and some salad. We did have leftover bake club cheesecake for dessert though so I really thought I’d blown it then!

I did finish my week way over my syns so I really wasn’t expecting a loss; especially not the 2lb I wanted. So when I stepped on the scales I was at first surprised and then a little disappointed at my 1lb loss. I was surprised at first because I thought I’d gained (I got confused with last week’s number!) and then disappointment because I didn’t quite make my 2 stone – that soon passed though as like I said, I wasn’t really expecting it, and I know I will get there in the next few weeks (hopefully!).

I am going away for a week on Saturday so there won’t be an update from me next week. I’m going with an open mind, we are going to self catering cottage so I have control of my food, but I’m not going to deprive myself of the odd treat. If I gain, I gain; I don’t mind as I will have enjoyed myself (I hope!) and will hopefully get it off within a couple of weeks of being home.

  • starting weight – 13st 4.5lb
  • previous weight – 11st 6.5lb
  • current weight – 11st 5.5lb
  • loss this week – 1lb
  • loss so far – 1st 13lb
  • Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb – achieved 05/05/15!
  • final target weight – 9st 6lb
