Mother’s Day is yet again just around the corner, and whilst it’s nice to want to maybe pee in peace or have a lie in or breakfast in bed; it’s just as nice to receive a token gift, don’t you think? I’ve put together this selection of gift ideas for Mother’s Day – hopefully you’ll find something your mum will approve of!

These Nim’s edible fruit & vegetable teas would be great as part of a hamper, perhaps for the health-conscious woman in your life. If we can’t have a little bit of luxury for Mother’s Day, then when can we? For something a bit different to chocolate, what about some gourmet popcorn treats from Joe & Seph’s? These vegan rocky road bars from Mummy Meagz would also be great as part of a self-care hamper. Each bar is quite substantial weighing in at 55g and comes wrapped in funky striped packaging! There are four flavours to choose from – original, orange, mint, and sea salt & cinder toffee. The basic bar contains only three ingredients – Mummy Meagz very own gluten free biscuit recipe, vegan marshmallows, and vegan chocolate – and no fruit! Because as Mummy Meagz says – who wants fruit in a rocky road? (Personally I love some cherries in there, but these are tasty in their own right!).

Cook It Slowly! cook book

Busy mum but keen cook? Then the Cook It Slowly! cook book may be an ideal gift. Each recipe within the cook book takes 20 minutes or so to prepare, then can be left to cook slowly; either on the hob, in the oven, or in the slow cooker.
